We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the field, hold appropriate certifications, and have a strong understanding of HVAC systems with excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system testing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions

• Manage and train other technicians on the team

• Work directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Communicate with management and other team members to ensure efficient operations

• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

• Must pass a background check

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of verifiable experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

• Appropriate certifications required

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lead and train other technicians

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
